The following terms and conditions govern your use of our online store. By accessing and using our online store, you agree to comply with these terms.

  • Products and Services

Our online store offers a variety of products and services for sale. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products, including descriptions, prices, and availability. However, we cannot always guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the information. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or other fees associated with your order.

  • Billing

Account holders: Invoices must be paid 30 business days from the invoice date. For any invoice question, please email us within 7 business days of receiving the invoice.Credit Card purchases: Cards are charged upon order placement.

  • Shipping

Please allow 7-10 business days to receive products. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe provided at the time of purchase. However, delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our control. Tracking information will be emailed once it is available. Please allow 24 hours to see movement after tracking is emailed over to you. If your shipment has not been scanned after 24 hours, please reach out to our customer service team. Our shipping cutoff is 12pm CST.

  • Order Changes

If there are any changes you need to make immediately to your confirmed order, please send us an email with all the information. We will notify you if the change is approved.

  • Cancelations

Please get in contact with our customer service team if you need to cancel your order. Some orders are not cancelable. If the order already has tracking information the order is non-cancelable.

  • Order Issues

If the product appears defective, please reach out via email to our team with a description and pictures of the damage/defect. For any missing items please reach out within 72 hours of delivery. Missing items will be replaced, no refunds are provided.

  • Warranty

Please email us a copy of your invoice with a brief description of the issue you’re having.

  • Returns

Please email us to check if your product is eligible to be returned. We can only process returns for unused/uninstalled products. Returns must be requested within 7 business days of the delivery date. All returns must have an RGA. Product(s) must be in original, brand-new condition and packaging with no markings on the product, and free of any damage. The customer is responsible for the shipping of the product being returned. If any misplacement or damage occurs during the transit back to The Faucet Professionals, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier. Customers will be notified if the returned product does not meet the return policy requirements. We will hold the product 7 business days from when it is received, after that time we have the right to dispose of it or the product can be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense if requested within the time frame.

  • Refunds

Account holders: The credit will be applied to your account and can be used on your next purchase.Credit Card purchases: The credit will be issued to the card used for order placement. Allow 2-4 business days to see the credit on your end once it has been issued.
